Isaac's eyes went wide as she picked a tough one. Of course, the logical route would be to go with something along the lines of an incinerator, but making it funny was the trick. "in CINDY io. Cindy, like cinderella? I don't know, this one is tough." He conceded. "Cinders, fire....hmmm. There are a lot of ways to associate it, less ways to make it funny."

Aubri glared at the paper in thought. It occurred to her that she must glare a lot while she did that, "Maybe..." She said, vocalizing her thoughts as she worked through the 11% of an idea that she had, "Perhaps..." Biting her lip she looked up and testing the idea vocally so he could hear too, "Actually..nevermind...I can't think of a single thing." She laughed, "Maybe we just remember that one, then?"

Nodding his head in agreement, Isaac "Good plan. Alright, what about Nox? The opposite of Lumos, so darkness instead of light." Or maybe it was more like flipping a switch. Either way, it turned off the tip of the wand when it was used like a weird flashlight so that's how he remembered it.

Aubri grinned and jumped a little, over excited about this one, "I actually already know how I remember Nox!" She chimed, pulled out her wand and lighting with Lumos. The tip of the wand glowed brightly, seeming to be over-energized just like Aubri, "It's like when you're telling a dog 'no'." She giggled, face bright red with embarassment. She flicked the wand and said nox as if she were talking to a bad dog and the bright light diminished.

"See? You can take that off your list now as something you know." Isaac congratulated, a goofy grin spreading across his face as he completely marked the spell out. Positive reinforcements would work wonders for a student like this, especially when they had professors like Kale running around and being mean to everyone. "Now you know at least one spell and we can build off of that. You'll do great on the exam."

Biting her lip, Aubri smiled and nodded, "I hope so!" She giggled and looked at the boy, "I'm Aubri, by the way. Aubri Fraser." She realized in that moment that she didn't know his name, despite the fact that they had been in the same classes for the last ten months.

Isaac shook his head and laughed. He already knew who she was, he knew almost everyone in their class, but not everyone was like him. "Isaac Bryant. It's nice to meet you Aubri. Well, not that we haven't already met. I mean, we're in the same year so we have to interact every now and then, but this is the first time I've ever talked to you so..." and now he was rambling. Sometimes his mouth worked faster than his brain and it tended to get him in to trouble.

Aubri smiled and jumped slightly, when the door behind her opened and they called the students into the class, "Well, maybe we can study together again." She chimed, waving good bye before bouncing into the classroom.
