“That would’ve been awesome!” Rafael gave Lyric a genuine smile as he laid back into his chair. Next year was going to be a lot more hectic than he thought. More studying, quidditch practice, parties, socializing and now jam sessions with Lyric? What more could anyone ask for?

“Deal!” He sat upright once more. Taking a break from studying was always a good thing. It made the whole world a lot more colorful. A lot less stressful too. Now, what were they going to sing? Off the top of his head, Rafael couldn’t immediately thing of anything catchy that came to mind. “So, what song next?”

Lyric though about her choices for a long minute. Being around people in the music industry tended to make her a little more open to the music she listened to. Her iPod back home ranged from bach to heavy metal, and that was almost an understatement. Then it hit her.

"What about that  All-American Rejects song Dirty Little Secret? Do you know it?" Sure, it was still popular after all this time, but they weren't as popular as they were during their time. People from their hometown in Oklahoma were still pretty religious about it though and she had picked up on the band during one of her father's tour stops.
