Oliver is a loyal and proud person who will do whatever it takes to keep his family safe. He loves his family and his friends dearly and will do anything he can to help them while he can. He is loving and kind always wanting to see the best in people, and he is very hardworking which is something that works well with regards to his school work and his love of quiddich. His devotion to his family and friends has the ability to be a strong weakness as he could get caught trying to help them even at the risk to himself. Oliver has already shown once that he was willing to lay his life on the line for his family and he knows with out a doubt he would do it all over again.

WAY BACK WHEN...
[ HISTORY ]
Growing up the baby in a family of seven meant there were times where he spent more time alone than he wanted but he made sure to do his best and poke his head in to the paired off siblings. When he was old enough to go to primary school he excelled though he figured that was due to his mother working in the same school so if he wasn't doing the work she would know about it faster than he could say Magic. His eldest sister Sami always looked out for him and even tolerated him more than the others and so he always found ways to worm his way into getting her to help him with homework and the likes.
As he got older he noticed that he was able to make unexplained things happen without meaning to, at first he was scared especially one night when he got angry at his older siblings for teasing him and the books on the bookshelf flew out and hit him. He was around five years old when this first outburst happened, his eldest brother smiled and shouted for their Dad. It was then he learned he was a wizard. When he asked if any of his other siblings were like him his dad nodded and told him that Grayson was the only other magical sibling but that he was a wizard as well. Sami looked a little sad, but told him that she was excited for him and Grayson to share something that special.
The years passed and soon Grayson got his letter and Oliver could hardly wait for his to come in the next four years, Sami seemed to pull a way a little and when he went to talk to her she asked him to leave her alone. For a few days he did that until finally he didn't care anymore, sure she was a teenager at 13 and he was mere boy of 7 but something was making her upset and he didn't like seeing her cry. So every day he wrote her a little note slipping it under the door to her room, soon he found himself sitting outside her door doing his homework when they got home. Oliver realized, or thought he did, that Sami was upset that she didn't get a letter and magic and would be different. The twins Julia and Brent didn't care since they found they liked being muggles far more.
Oliver finally won his little battle and found out it wasn't the magic or the letter that she wanted, though she admitted that would be cool, it was the fact that she liked the time they got to spend with each other, even the times she shared with Grayson were strained since she knew he would be leaving at the end of the fast approaching summer holidays. Oliver resolved to spend as much time with Sami as he could to should her that he would always be there for her, even though he was just her baby brother.
As the years passed he learned to share the fun and sad times with his family, his time in primary school was over and he was getting ready to spend his last birthday at home with his family for the next seven years. Oliver was smiling when he saw his letter on the table but his father told him he was to wait until after school to read it since they were running late, little did he know that after school would have to wait a little longer. The school day was working out well and he was on his way home and took his usual short cut to meet up with Sami and the Twins as they got off the bus from school, it was there he saw some guy grabbing Sami and trying to pull her away, he couldn't see the twins and then remembered they were probably at swim practice at the school.
What he can remember is that he ran after Sami and the man screaming and hoping she heard him. He grabbed the phone his parents made sure he had and called the police but when the man tried to throw her into a car all thoughts about the call ended and he sprinted towards the man, shouting, kicking and even biting him. He wanted him to let go of his sister and when he did it was to throw Oliver away, which had him hit a car in the street and fall to the ground, he tried to get up only to see Sami running towards him and the man drive off. After that it was all a blur.
It was several days and nights of worry for his family but he woke up and when he saw his Mom next to him he asked if Sami was okay, and why she was crying. After that it was a rather short stay, his father even took him to St. Mungos to make sure everything was in good shape. Oliver had a clean bill of health and went home to one of the best surprise parties he ever wanted. All his school mates and family was there, but it was Sami who he was thrilled to see and he didn't want to let her go.
All to soon he was leaving on the Hogwarts express with his brother and his family waving good bye from the platform. He made quick friends with others in his house and even a few through out the school. He was pretty good in potions but his best classes were Defence Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration which surprised his brother who was a natural in Charms and Herbology. As soon as he could he tried out for the Quiddich team and found he was a pretty good player. Through out all of this he makes sure to write almost twice a week to Sami and the Twins always excited to hear from them. Now that his second to last school year is coming to an end he knows he has to start figuring out what he will do once his time at Hogwarts comes to an end.
